The 41st Intra-village Volleyball Tournament organized by the Ever Green Club, Ungma, concluded on December 16 with Nendong Rogo Soyim lifting the cup. Evergreen Club (A) were 1st runners-up with Tongpur Club Aolijen 2nd runners-up. The Best Spiker Award went to Marnukshi of Evergreen Club, while Makenchiba of Nendong Rogo Soyim was adjudged the Best Setter.
The closing ceremony was graced by Chaitanya Prasad, SDO (Civil) Mokokchung on behalf of Limawati, Director, Information & Public Relations, Nagaland. The champions were awarded with a running trophy, certificates and a cash prize of thirty thousand while the first runners-up and second runners-up were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 and 10,000, respectively.
The cash prize was sponsored by Imtikumzuk Longkumer, Parliamentary Secretary, I&PR and SIRD, government of Nagaland, while the running trophy was sponsored by the late Nungshiliba's family.
