Kohima, June 20 (MExN): The Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Kohima Sechü Zubza Block in commemoration of the 4th International Yoga Day brought together youths and organised a yoga session on June 20 at Sechü Zubza Block. Kelhouzasie Lawrence, Yoga Instructor conducted the yoga session.
NYK Kohima in a press release informed that NYK Kohima Block observed the day at Christ King School, Kohima. Lawrence conducted the yoga session. In Chiephobuozou Block, Kelhouzasie Lawrence conducted the yoga session which was attended by youths from various clubs.
NKY Jakhama Block organized the event at Kigwema Panchayat Hall with Neingutuonuo Kulnu, Councelor Childline 1098 as the resource person. Kulnu in her speech to the participants shared the importance of yoga and its interrelations with mental health and physical fitness.
