Phek, November 25 (MExN): The Phek Town Youth Society (PTYS) conducted a cleanliness drive under Swatch Bharat Mission on November 25 at Phek Town sponsored by Public Health Engineering Department, (PHED) Phek. The cleanliness drive was carried out in all 11 colonies from bottom to top it includes sanitizing the disinfected and non biodegradable waste materials in drainage and road side.
After clearing the roads the PTYS picked up all dispersed plastics, wrappers and other junk bits and pieces. The Phek Town Youth Society also urged upon every citizen to keep their surrounding clean, maintain pathways and install a dustbin for proper waste management and disposal and also implore to take a responsibility to keep our Phek Town Clean and Green.
