Kohima, December 4 (DIPR): Training-cum-workshop organized by Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland with all the Political Parties was held on December 4 at the DC Conference Hall Kohima. The topic of workshop included Party Accounts, Election Expenditure Monitoring, EVMs & VVPATs, RO Net & APPs, Web Casting, Model Code of Conduct, SVEEP, Malpractices & General instruction on Conduct of Election.
Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland Ruokuovituo Khezhie, briefed about the Election Expenditure Monitoring, AEO(MIS) Ketousie Khruomo presented a power Point on accounts of Suvidhan & Samadhan, Web Casting while Assistant CEO, Nagaland Awa Lorin shared on the Model Code of Conduct.
DeputyCEO, Nagaland Vekho Vero spoke on the role and activities of SVEEP Campaign and added that the Political Parties were informed that prior entry passes shall be given to PWD voters, 80 years+ voters and pregnant woman voters so that they do not wait in queue on the day of poll in the polling station.
Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland, Abhijit Sinha in his valedictory speech informed about the Electoral Offences and the activities in the conduct of free and fair election in Nagaland. AEO, Kohima Toshimeren Aier spoke on the topic of EVM &VVPAT.
