Tuensang, November 23 (MExN): The monthly District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) of Tuensang District was held on November 20 under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, L Jamithung Lotha at the DC’s Conference Hall.
A report from the DIPR stated that after reviewing the last meeting minutes the Board deliberated the following agendas and recommended for the approval by the government - upgradation of Green View School from primary school to middle school Longkhim, upgradation of SDO (C) Noksen Hq to that of ADC Hq, medical Sub-Centre at Leangkonger Village under Shamator, establishment of New NAP Company at Longkhim HQ, society registration of Trongar Village Culture Trope, construction of Town Hall at Chessore, security fencing at rest House at Chessore, security fencing SDO (C) Office at Chessore, community Hall at Mangko under Chessore, SDO Residence PWD Chessore, Rest rum at Chessore Play - ground and Indoor Stadium at Chessore.
The Board approved the proposal submitted by the DC for Construction of IRB Barracks in Tuensang. The Board also recommended the proposal presented by Superintendent of Police Tuensang for Gram Panchayat Development Plans (GPDP). A powerpoint presentation was given by the DAO Tuensang on their daily departmental activities.
