The 9th edition of Dylanite, the birth anniversary celebration of the legendary folk artist Bob Dylan, was held at The Hammock Resort, New Wokha on the birth day of the famous nasal twanged singer and songwriter. Dylanite is organised by De Band on the artist birthday to spread Bob Dylan’s massages to the world about love, peace and human rights through his songs. De Band along with the fans of the famous lyricist belted out popular hits like ‘Blowing in the Wind’, ‘Mr. Tambourine Man’, ‘My Back Pages’, ‘All Along the Watch Tower’, ‘Sara’, ‘License to kill’ etc. Fans of the great artist near and far participated in the classic musical bash. The ceremonial cake cutting was done by Wezope Kenye, DC Wokha.
