Workshop on negative impact of social media

Dimapur, August 23 (MExN): The Assembly of God Hr Sec School (AGHSS) Dimapur conducted a workshop on negative impact of social media on August 19 with Dilip, founder of ‘Way to Kingdom Ministry’ as resource person. He emphasized on addictions regarding to social media, internet and online games and highlighted on how social media controls our mind and leads to Compulsive Control Disorder, wherein a person demonstrates anger and frustration for even minor things. He presented through clips and videos regarding the impact of addictive users of how it hampered their lives. He said that over excessive use of social media makes an individual unable to distinguish between a real world and virtual world. He concluded by also detailing on proper use of social media.
