Kohima, April 21 (MExN): The book titled ‘Happiness Home Made’ written by Ellen G. White and translated into the Lotha language by Abeni TCK Lotha was first published in 1980 and distributed among the Lotha churches as a resource and help for building godly families.

The second and special hard cover print of the same book was launched at the Red Cross Conference Hall in Kohima on April 21.

According to a press release received here, the book was released with prayer by Rev Benri Lotha, Senior Pastor, Kohima Lotha Baptist Church. While appreciating the hard work and tireless effort of the translator in publishing the second edition of the translated book, he shared hope that ‘the book will help many families establish God-centered and biblically principled home that reflect the values and heart of the Kingdom of God.’

The translator shared her journey of faith as a young wife and mother, being hungry for the knowledge of God’s word and truth, especially in her desire to raise a godly family. After having read the book written by Ellen G. White, she was filled with the passion that the same truths and principles should be made available to her community.

The first print was laboriously typed on a typewriter by her late husband, TCK Lotha, whilst she read and translated into Lotha language.

The book release was chaired by CR Lotha and a special song was presented by the ‘Yentsso Von’ a male voice group.
The book is available for purchase at the cost of Rs 300 per copy. Interested parties may contact the translator.
