It was spread by some cheap minded individuals that we are trying to demolish the Chang Students Union Tuensang or to weaken it by forming All Students’ Union Tuensang, along with the leaders of other Union of the Student community.
This talk is now like a gossip of an idle woman taking place and is a little piece of chutney with every peg of liquor they drink. It is an act directly intended to disgrace our good motives by influencing and hypnotizing the common people through false propaganda.
If a person can have such thought, then why don’t they come out openly and talk to us personally? We swear that we never had an iota of such ideas and how can we? We are and will always stand and work to strengthen our Union, i.e. CSUTT. Our intension for joining the ASSUT was nothing but to stay united with the people irrespective of all differences, and not forsake the CSUTT. We belong to it and will always be.
It may also be ascertained that the criticism pointed towards us is just because that we are elected and are holding the various post without sharing with those who are making such malicious propaganda today.
Let the learned people justify our motives and clarify the hypnotized people that we have no bad intentions in any way. Also to those who are still following the criticizers, know that they are the one’s who are infact trying to defame and bring misunderstanding among us. Let your ears be deaf to those but believe in common effort with common attitude for the student’s community.
Let this statement be the first and the last from our part to whomsoever it maybe.
