• I won't say it will solve all the backdoor appointment, but through this NSSB, Candidates can sit fair and free exams. Like SSC CGL or 10+12 Exams , NSSB must conduct or implement only written exams and skills text for selection process since NSSB will be conducting exams only for class III Post and below. Likewise, eligible candidates will be selected according to their merits.

• It may provide some safeguard but it will not solve the issue of backdoor appointment. To solve backdoor appointment it requires change of mindset and the political culture must change in Nagaland.
• No. Our Nagaland state is beyond superficial quick fix solution. It needs major surgery. If the government is genuinely concerned, it must address the core problems and also identify the doctors that can perform the surgery in the best way.

• It is a good move to check backdoor appointments but it does not guarantee to solve it completely. So to say, there are corruptions even in the country's top UPSC. However, we have to be more vigilant and let's hope for the best so as to achieve what we are striving for.

• Not a new thing anymore. It is more or less like a boat... always here and there based upon the situation. Hot and cold, coffee and tea added by various sugar NGOs but always unfinished cup.
• Accepting the present form of NSSB will open another door for backdoor appointments. All the likeminded people of Nagaland should first know the modalities of NSSB. There are many departments and posts which are exempted from NSSB, and this is the reason why ENSF is demanding for inclusion of exempted departments and posts.
• NSSB won't be of greater effect as majority appointed selection board members will consist of existing corrupted officials which ultimately have some political influence.

We all know how nepotism and red tapism has been overlooked as they run amok in every nook and cranny of the departments because interestingly Nagaland isn’t too big of a state for one person to be related to another who is an interest of another person who has a close relationship with the person in the chair. There we go!
• Infact the present regulations is half cook kholar that may smell testy but it's consumption will gas form our stomach. When we go deep in the contents all educated youth will say, it's a sharp silent murder weapon for aspiring innocent of generations. Why some department are exempted? Is it another political power game on the outflow of social disparity of Nagas? Wake up, educated youth of Nagaland and break our silence to overcome corruption. Why another Backdoor Board to be set up?
• Inorder to give merit wise appointment written exam is more than enough coz only interview makes draconian acts comes from the higher ups that leads to corruption in Nagaland. NPSC or NSSB makes no difference unless viva is completely off.
• It will not stop backdoor appointment but it can be seen as a process of filling up the pores in the system.
• To certain extended it will mitigate the backdoor appointment, but can't assure that it will eradicated completely. Some people always find an end to hackel the system.
