On December 17, 8 wrestlers from Nagaland, consisting of 5 Senior Men and 3 Senior Women left for Vishakhapatnam to take part in the National Senior Freestyle Wrestling Championship from December 20-23. The team, under the banner of Nagaland Wrestling Association (NWA) is led by Amos Pame as Team Manager and Virendra Kumar as Coach. A send- off programme was held today at CANSSEA Conference Hall Kohima. Meanwhile, NWA extended best wishes to them and prayed that they will bring laurels to the state.
