Dimapur, May 8 (MExN): The Koinonia Baptist Church Youth & Jr CYE camp was held at Shalom Bible Seminary, Sechü Zubza from May 3 till 7 under the theme, ‘Fight the Good Fight of Faith… (1 Timothy 6:12).’
An update from the Koinonia Media Ministry informed that around 150 campers and officials attended the five day-long camp with various speakers including Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, Senior pastor and Principal Kohima Bible college; Pastor Medotseilieü; Pastor Neibalie; Pastor Rokopra; Evangelist Menuosielie; Evangelist Ruokuotuo; Evangelist Akho; Evangelist Nyamongi and Evangelist Neilhou.
According to the updates, Camp Director Evangelist Ruokuotuo stated the need to ‘fight’ as a Christian as believers, stating: ‘We are in a spiritual warfare against the forces of wickedness- our enemy Satan,’ who is in constant battle with humanity who bears the image of God. He maintained that Jesus restored the authority and dominion that was once given up through Adam’s sin and as such, asserted that Christians need to exercise this delegated authority and constantly claim victory through Jesus Christ and continue to fight the good fight of faith.
