Kohima DTF conducts random COVID-19 testing

57 samples collected from 2-day exercise

Kohima, April 29 (MExN): As per the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the State government, the Kohima District Task Force (DTF) on COVID-19 conducted a random sampling and testing on April 28 and 29.

The random testing on Thursday was conducted at two locations- Para-Medical and Minister's Hill, and a total of 37 random samples were collected from the public.

The random exercise was started on April 28 at AG colony with 20 samples collected. Altogether a total of 57 samples have been collected for testing within this two-day exercise. The activity was conducted to test the prevalence of COVID-19 virus among the public in the district, Kohima DTF informed.
