Peren, September 20 (MExN): A consultative meeting of the NDPP Peren Region was held at the residence of Advisor for Water Resources, Namri Nchang, on September 19, wherein the members resolved to strengthen the party and work for development.
Updates from the Media Cell, NDPP Peren Region informed that the meeting was attended by Sr Vice President, NDPP Central, Charlie Sekhose and Vice President Khekuto Jakha, who also are the in-charges of the party’s Peren district unit, Advisor Namri Nchang, CEC member lherie Ndang, as well as representatives from both the Assembly Constituencies, Region Team and representatives to the NDPP central from Peren district.
The meeting began with an invocation by Alungle, President Women Organisation, NDPP Peren Region, it added.
During the meeting which was held with adherence to all the COVID-19 standard operating procedures, the party members along with the district in-charges and legislator, decided to work hard to bring more developmental activities in the district. The house resolved to strengthen the party in every field, it said.
According to the release, advisor Namri Nchang called on the party leaders to be more vigilant while the district in-charges highlighted the party activities and encouraged the party workers to work hard for the district.
After the meeting, Nchang along with the visiting team and party leaders visited the ongoing marketing shed construction at Jalukie town and encouraged each individual to work collectively so that more developmental activities can come up within the district.
