NSCN/GPRN (Khango-Isak) refutes allegation

Dimapur, September 21 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (Khango/Isak) today refuted what it termed as “wild allegation” by the NSCN-K (Niki group) that the vice-president of Dimapur Goods Transport Association (DGTA), ‘Mughavi  Zhimo’ (sic), was its member.

“Zhimo is in no way affiliated or have ties with our government in the past or present, therefore such allegation is highly condemnable and unfounded,” the NSCN/GPRN (Khango/Isak) stated in a press statement from its MIP.  It further said that mingling of “the good image of our Government with others must not be repeated.”

It further accused the NSCN-K (Niki group) of “trying to character assassinate a Naga business man instead of encouraging upcoming Naga entrepreneurs.”

“The NSCN/GPRN through this statement would once and for all refute the false allegation” and advices others not to “scoop so low to meet their greed and victimise innocent Naga Business entrepreneurs in future,” it added.
