25th Classic Cup 2019: Sechü Zubza FC, United Falcon Club enter quarters

Sechü Zubza FC and United Falcon Club Medziphema today registered win in their respective matches and found quarter finals berth of the ongoing 25th Classic Cup 2019 here at Kohima Local Ground.

Sechü Zubza FC overpowered Nyenshen FC Tuensang via tie-breaker 7-5 after the match ended in 1-1 draw.

Salu Kulim scored the first goal for Sechu Zubza team in the 18th minute, while Mustape scored the equalizer in the 25th minute for Nyenshen FC.

During the penalty shootout, Sechu Zubza team won the match in the sudden death by 6-5.

In the second match, United Falcon Club, Medziphema defeated United XI 2-0.

Kikrukhrielie Kuotsu scored the first goal in the 8th minute and Komezo added the second goal in the 61st minute for United Falcon Club.

United Falcon Club will play against Sechü Zubza FC in the quarterfinal match on November 19.
