An inter-house basketball championship for the academic year 2024-25, was held at Sainik School, Punglwa (Peren). The championship was held for Junior and Sub-Junior categories fostering a spirit of healthy competition, sportsmanship and camaraderie amongst the cadets. In junior category, Melak house were the winners, whereas, Tizu House emerged victorious in the sub-junior category. Cadet Zatsiso Dino was awarded as Best Player in the junior category while Cadet Yazei Konyak was adjudged best player in the Sub-junior category. The finals were witnessed by the school students and faculty. Principal of the school was the chief guest for the occasion. Winners and Runners-up were suitably awarded.
