District Governor RID 3240 visits Kohima

Kohima, October 13 (MExN):  District Governor RID 3240 Dr. Debasish Das visited Kohima and interacted with Rotary Club Kohima on October 11 last at Hotel Japfu, Kohima. Dr. Das was accompanied by his wife Dr. Charice and Assistant Governor Sanjay Jain.

Dr. Das in his speech emphasized on the importance of community services through charity works. He stressed on the need to reach out to the poor and needy and at the same time to focus towards children's treatment across the world.
Dr. Neisatuo Mero, president Rotary Club Kohima along with the club members donated a wheelchair towards Old Age Home which was received by 85 years old Zeu.

Earlier, Kevino Savino, secretary Rotary Club Kohima read out the report while Kezhokhoto Savi, vice president Rotary Club Kohima made introduction of District Governor. Vote of thanks was proposed by Seyiekhrielie Rio, Director Youth & Vocational, Rotary Club Kohima.
