Dimapur, February 18 (MExN): Salesian College of Higher Education (SCHE) organized a Blood Donation Camp in the Campus on February 16 in collaboration with the Blood Bank of the District Hospital, Dimapur.
Dr Temsu, Chief Medical Officer of District Hospital Dimapur, Dr Tetsio and other dignitaries were present among others. President of Red Ribbon Club welcomed and introduced the occasion. Dr Temsu exhorted the students on blood donation and motivated them to step forward and join the campaign and become a ‘Blood Donor.’
Altogether 80 students including teaching staff volunteered to donate blood. A press release mentioned that Salesian College organizes Blood Donation Camp every year.
