Dimapur, November 14 (MExN): Jharkhand today defeated Nagaland by 7 wickets in a Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy 2019-20 Group E encounter at CB Patel Stadium,Surat.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, Nagaland put up 145 for 6 wickets in alloted 20 overs. Shrikant Mundhe (74) and Stuart Binny (52) were the highest scorers from the team.
In reply, Jharkhand managed to reach the target in 17.4 overs and eventuality winning the match by 7 wickets.
Nagaland will play Jammu & Kashmir next on November 15 at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium, Surat.
