A total of 34 fresh COVID-19 positive cases were confirmed in Nagaland Thursday morning taking the State's total tally to 535.

 

Out of the new cases, 32 were from Peren Quarantine Centre (QC) while a single each, was reported from Dimapur and Kohima QCs.


“34 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of 226 samples tested. Peren QC:32, Kohima QC:1, Dimapur QC:1,” Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom updated on Twitter.


The State status was as of 9:30 AM, July 2, he added. 


With this, Nagaland total cases stood at 535, with 353 officially  designated as active, while the rest -182, recovered.
