Nagaland reported its highest single-day spike of 90 COVID-19 positive cases Thursday morning, taking the overall tally to 1174. 

“Out of 237 samples tested, 90 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed,” State's Health and Family Welfare Minister updated on Twitter.

Out of 90 cases, 61 were reported from Kohima  26 in Dimapur, 2 in Peren and 1 in Phek, he added. 

With this, Nagaland COVID-19 status as of 12:45 PM, July 23 stood at: Positve -1174; Active – 688; and Recovered: 486.
