DIMAPUR, JUNE 8 (MExN): Nagaland recorded 5 fresh COVID-19 cases on June 8 taking the State's total to 123. With 8 recoveries, there are 115 active cases in the state.
The new cases include 2 from Dimapur and 3 from Kohima.
“5 new cases of COVID-19 +ve have been reported out of 220 samples tested. 2 from Dmp QC & 3 from Khm QC,” NagalandNagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister S Pangnyu Phom informed in a tweet.
As per the update on Nagaland COVID-19 Dashboard, out of 123 patients, 117 are in 18-44 age group while 5 are 17 years or below. There is a single case in the 45 and above age group.
As of June 8, 86 males have tested positive for the virus while 37 are females .
