Dimapur, February 14 (MExN): On February 14 at around 1530 hrs, a written memo was received at GRPS from Station Manager, NF Railway Dimapur that one unidentified male age around 30-35 years (approx.) was found lying dead at Railway Station, Dimapur below Flyover Bridge. Dy Commissioner of Police (Crime)/PRO, Dimapur in a press release stated that accordingly basing on the information, the duty party rushed to the PO site and conducted inquest over the dead body.
“The cause of dead was suspected due to illness and drugs overdose. On completion of all legal formalities the dead body was shifted to District Hospital Dimapur Morgue for PM examination/identification,” PRO, Dimapur stated.
The deceased was wearing green jacket with white shirt, black jean long pant and a belt. Complexion - fair with black hair and a black mole on right upper lip. Claimant, relatives and friends of the deceased are requested to contact the Officer-in-Charge, GRPS, Dimapur @7085055021.
