Health & family Welfare Minister S. Pangyuh Phom on August 6 at the fourth session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly said that 122,111 e-Cards have been issued under Ayushman Bharat Scheme in Nagaland after verification as on July 31, 2019.
Replying this to MLA Yitachu in unstarred question on the floor of the House, he stated that 52, 166 families have been issued with e-Card as on July 31, 2019.
He stated that that families figuring in the socio-economic & caste census 2011 and RSBY (2016/17) card holders are eligible under the scheme, where Nagaland has been indentified target beneficiary list of 2.33 lakh families.
The minister stated that out of Rs. 1.80 crore hospital claims submitted by various hospitals for providing free services to beneficiaries, Rs. 1.50 crore have been paid to the hospitals as on July 31 2019.
Officers not been posted to 15 administrative HQ
Nagaland’s Deputy Chief Minister Y. Patton on Tuesday stated that officers have not been posted to 15 administrative headquarters in the state. It includes SDO(C) Chessore, Tuensang, EAC Ngongchung, Tuensang, EAC Mangko, Tuensang, EAC Sotokur, Tuensang, EAC Khuza, Phek, EAC Zuketsa, Phek, EAC, Phor, Phek, EAC, Chukitong, Wokha, EAC Wozhuro, Wokha, EAC, Englan, Wokha, EAC Asuto, Zunheboto, EAC Satoi, Zunheboto, EAC Saptiqa, Zunheboto, EAC Hushepu, Zunheboto and EAC, Ongpangkong, Mokokchung
Replying this to MLA Yitachu in unstarrted question, the minister stated that as of July 2019, the state has 62 EAC HQ, 18 SDO (C) HQ and 28 ADC HQ.
247 GHS, 44 GHSS in Nagaland
Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, who is also Minister in charge of School Education & SCERT said that there 247 GHS and 44 GHSS in Nagaland
Replying this to MLA Dr. Chumben Murry on the floor of the House in unstarrted question, Rio furnished the number of GHS and GHSS district wise as follows; Dimapur 23 GHS and 7 GHSS, Kiphire 15 GHS and 2 GHSS, Kohima 24 GHS and 7 GHSS, Longleng 13 GHS and 1 GHSS, Mokokchung 37 GHS and 5 GHSS, Mon 17 GHS and 5 GHSS, Phek 35 and 4 GHSS, Peren 16 GHS and 2 GHSS, Tuensang 24 GHS and 5 GHSS, Wokha 21 GHS and 3 GHSS, Zunheboto 22 GHS and 3 GHSS.
On being asked how many schools have been categorised as unsatisfactorily performing schools, Rio stated that “No such categorization of unsatisfactory schools is carried out.”
