Mokokchung, September 5 (MExN): Under the initiatives of Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM), RD Block Kobulong, Mokokchung, 16 SHGs availed loan from Nagaland State Co-operative Bank, Mokokchung Branch amounting to Rs 17, 30,000 on September 3. The loans were given with the aim to promote livelihood activities and enhancing household income of SHGs.
Branch Manager, NSCB Mokokchung, Nchumthung Kikon exhorted the SHG members to utilize the loans wisely and judiciously.
He also asked the beneficiaries to maintain timely and regular recovery of the loan and also asked the staff of NSRLM to assist and monitor the SHGs for proper utilisation of the loan amount.
Moatoshi, Block Program Manager, NSRLM, RD Block Kobulong, expressed his gratitude towards the Branch Manager and the staff of NSCB, Mokokchung for their co-operation and financial assistance to the SHGs. He assured that the Mission staff will monitor and assist the SHG members in every possible ways for their benefit.
