Phenshünyu Lowjvü Sports Association (PLSA) began its 18th Inter Club Tournament at Whenha Sports Complex, Phenshünyu Village, Tseminyu. The inaugural function was graced by Ar Jwenga Seb, MLA & Chairman DPDB Tseminyu as special guest.
