  Our Correspondent Kohima | October 18 Defending champion Nagaland Police (DGP team red) today downed Tangkhul Students’ Union from Manipur by a solitary goal to enter the finals of the ongoing 18th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2017 here at the Kohima Local Ground.   In the 1st semi-final match, Nagaland Police overpowered Tangkhul Students’ Union by one goal to till.   Both the team lock in scoreless draw till the first half.   Nagaland Police earned a goal in the 69th minute when Kekhrieletuo Tsira converted a spot kick into goal.   Red card was penalized to Saku of Nagaland Police in the 39th minute.   With today’s win, Nagaland Police will clash with winner of the 2nd semi finals in the grand finale scheduled for October 21.   Yellow card cautioned to Peimi and Jonah Langkham both from Tangkhul Students Union in the 39th minute and 67th minute respectively.   Rajesh Soundararajan, deputy commissioner Kohima was the guest of honour while Rongsenlemla Imchen, District Forest Officer Kohima was the match patron.   OCTOBER 19 MATCH 2nd Semi Final Time: 1:30 PM Forerunners 4th NAP Thizama vs Barak FC, Peren.
