Wins for United Brothers, Charoi Chiru Naga FC and Meriema VYO

United Brothers, Charoi Chiru Naga FC and Meriema VYO today registered wins in their respective matches at the ongoing 19th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2018 here under the aegis of the Angami Students’ Union.
United Brothers defeated Royal Kickers 5-4 via breaker in the first match. The match was decided through tie break as both the teams could not break the deadlock of 2 goals each till the end of the stipulated 90 minutes play.
Both the goals for United Brothers FC were scored by Kishan Chetri in the 31st and 34th minute. Lejung of Royal Kickers also scored both the goals for his team in the 37th and 69th minute.
Meanwhile, Charoi Chiru Naga FC Manipur defeated Rustic Boys 4-0. Kenneth scored two goals for Charoi Chiru while Saveson and Asif contributed a goal each.
In another match of the day, Meriema Village Youth Organisation beat Jr. Anchor Club Gariphema 5-1.
Vizotuolie Lhousi contributed two goals for Meriema VYO while a goal each was gained through Khrieneituo Kezie-o, Keneisezo Keditsu and Kekhriengulie Üsou.
Dziesevituo Kire netted a goal for Jr Anchor Club Gariphema.
