The Morung Express presents glimpse 1st Jhum Fair- cum-Chiecha Licha at Chiechama village in Kohima district on September 6 under the aegis of Chiechamiapfii Mechii Krotho. The fair was graced by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio as the special guest.
