
DIMAPUR, JULY 11 (MExN): The Nagaland Pickleball Association (NPA) will be holding 1st Nagaland Pickleball Open on July 13 at AIKO Greens, Dimapur. This event will feature Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, marking a significant milestone in promoting pickleball across the state since NPA’s establishment on March 27, 2025. Meanwhile, International Pickleball Player & Coach Dilip Mohanty will conduct a special training clinic on July 12 from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM.
Mohanty, the Director of PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) India and a Certified PPR Coaches Tutor (USA), brings globally recognized expertise to elevate player skills. Under the leadership of its President, Nathan Zeliang, NPA operates under the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA), the National Sports Federation recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. NPA is further affiliated with the Global Pickleball Federation, underscoring its commitment to international standards and development.
