Kohima, January 4 (MExN): The Ist Southern Angami open Naga wrestling championship 2019 under the aegis of Jordan Group Viswema will take place on January 9 at John Government Higher Secondary School, Viswema.
The Champion will get a cash prize of Rs. 80,000 while the second position will be awarded with Rs. 60,000.
The 3rd and 4th place will receive Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 30,000 respectively.
Losing quarter finalists will pocket Rs. 5000 each.
Medo Yhokha, PRO to Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) speaker will grace the inaugural function as special guest while Pukul Kennao, chairman, Z. Khel Viswema will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony.
