Morung Express News Dimapur | December 28 Two persons were injured when unidentified miscreants detonated a crude bomb on Wednesday evening. The incident occurred around 6:30 pm along the NH-29 near the New Dhansiri Bridge, Dimapur. One of the injured who was travelling in a Maruti Wagon R sustained head injuries from the bomb’s splinters and is reportedly in a serious condition and undergoing treatment. The other injured, who was riding a Mahindra Bolero Invader, is stated to be out of danger. The explosion also damaged Nagaland Congress General Secretary, Roland Lotha’s vehicle, which was hit by two splinters – one shattering the window of the back door on the right. He however escaped unhurt. At the time of filing this report, Police were investigating the incident.
