DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 24 (MExN): The Chozuba Range Public Organization (CRPO) has cautioned the
2 Lanning Chakhabama-Zunheboto Road Property Owners Association (2 LAPOA) “not to represent or speak on behalf of the range people nor on behalf of the property owners to any concerned authorities as it is neither mandated nor authorized body to represent the people of Chozuba Range.”
A press release issued by CRPO president Ketipra Lohe and general secretary Ravotso Keyho reminded of the July 22 executive council resolution taking into consideration the Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) resolution dated June 29, 2019 which read, “Unauthorized body be it individual or a group of individuals having any grievances under the ongoing 2 Lane road project, that none is permissible to approach the administrative authorities unless it is routed through its own village Council.”
Taking this into context, the CRPO said the 2 LAPOA has been dissolved and derecognized as an unauthorized body. In this connection, the CRPO has warned the 2 LAPOA to desist from “making any unethical, provocative statement to avoid any untoward incidents.”
