Mon, April 6 (MExN): Troops of the 35 Assam Rifles apprehended two cadres of the NSCN (K) during a search operation in Lungwa village on April 4. A defence press release identified the two as Sergeant Wangchatt and Corporal Nokwang. Two pistols, one Radio Set and assorted ammunition was recovered from the possession of the two cadres, the release added. The apprehended cadres along with recoveries were handed over to Police Station Mon.
