Mele FC and Gaziphema FC Manipur today registered win in the respective matches at the ongoing 21st NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2021 here at Indira Gandhi Stadium, organized by Angami Students’ Union.
In the first match, Mele FC downed Khuzama United 4-2.
Zaiphu netted two goals consecutively for Mele FC in the 18th and 19 minute.
The first goal in favour of Khuzama United came through Zevito Khizho in the 27th minute. The team secured another goal in the 50th minute, scored by Zayiese Sale.
In the second half, Mele FC received own goal from the opponent.
Tangsol netted the 4th goal for Mele FC in the 63rd minute.
Gaziphema FC blanked Kitsubozou Youth Society 5-0 in the second match.
Chinakho netted two goals for Gaziphema FC while Leangao, Rowland and Th.Khazhi contributed a goal each for the team.
