Phesama Youth Organisation (PYO) and Berinike FC today entered the quarter finals after registering win in their respective pre-quarter matches at the ongoing 21st NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2021 here at Indira Gandhi Stadium.
PYO defeated Magdaline Coaching FC 4-2 in the first match.
Magdaline took 2-0 lead till the first half with a goal each from Vizapo Phinyo and Kevisekho in the 19th and 36th minute respectively.
In the second half, PYO replied Magdaline with 4 goals. Keleze Chuse of Phesama secured a hatrick in the 42nd, 43rd and 50th minute. Vikehiezo Mejura also contributed a goal for PYO in the 70th minute.
Berenike FC registered win over Puliebadze Club 1-0 in the second match.
The winning goal for Berenike FC came through Sinlo Kent in the 41st minute.
