KOHIMA, AUGUST 27 (MExN): Twenty-two shooters from Nagaland have been selected to represent the state at the 12th North East Zone Shooting Championship 2025, to be held at the MRA Shooting Gallery, Mualpui in Mizoram from September 8 to 13.
The selection was made as per the rules and regulations of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) Match Book 2025 (amended), a press release issued by the Nagaland Rifle Association president Kimatsung Jamir informed on Wednesday. The shooters will participate in small bore rifle and pistol events.
The selected shooters are: Ayeka Aye, Wangshikokba Longkumer, Lumrila Jangkhiunger, Jentiya Walling, Merentsungba, Kikrukhrienuo Belho, Kimatsung Jamir, Medophrezo Sekhose, Japuto Y Zhimo, Lanusenla Longchar, Wapangnungla Longkumer, Vevelu Chizo, Chizou Sorhienuo, M Tiatemjen Jamir, Zidon Gurung, Yimtashir Pongen, Yuvika Aye, Khrieketounuo Belho, Lanu Rongsenkaba Jamir, Tovika H Chishi, Lanu Akumtoshi Jamir and Metekhrielie Mejura.
