Dimapur, October 16 (MExN): The Chakhroma Sports Association (CSA) conducted its 23rd Games and Athletics Meet 2016 from October 11 to 15 at Medziphema Local Ground. Divided into four units/groups, the CSA Meet witnessed various track and field events besides volleyball and football. Group D emerged as the champions of Men's Football while Group C and Group B won the Men’s volleyball and Women's volleyball respectively. Both men and women competed in the various individual Track & Field events which included 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 3000 m, shot put, discus, javelin, high jump, long jump and triple jump. Meanwhile, CSA has informed that the Indoor Games and Wrestling Meet will be held on November 25 and 26 at Chumoukedima and Medziphema respectively.
