United FC Piphema and Football for Change Academy today booked quarter finals berth after registering win in their respective pre-quarter final matches at the ongoing 23rd NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2023 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the aegis of Angami Students’ Union (ASU).

United FC Piphema- 2, NU Kohima Campus-1
United FC Piphema downed Nagaland University Kohima Campus 2-1 in the first match.

Razoukhrielie opened the account for United FC in the 12th minute and the equalizer for NU Kohima Campus came through Shanti Y Konyak in the 20th minute.

Ayen Manga netted the winning goal for United FC in the 37th minute.

Man of the match was awarded to Joyson Rhi of United FC.

The award was handed over by Seyieneilhou Keyho, ASU former executive and president Chakhroma Youth Organisation.

Football for Change Academy defeated Jakhama Youth Organisation 2-1

Ntselo fetched a goal for Jakhama Youth Organisation in the 37th minute.

Football for Change Academy found equalizer through Kamgouhao Doungle in the 49th minute.

The winning goal for Football for Change Academy came through the boots of Seigongin Chongloi in the 75th minute.
Khriezelhou Vitso, ASU former executive and Co-convenor 23rd NSF Martyr’s Memorial Trophy handed over man of the match award to Khaiminlen Touthang of Football for Change Academy.
