Phezoucha Youth Organisation, Küluopfü FC Pochury and Naga Jaguars FC today registered win in their respective matches on second day of 24th Classic Cup 2018 here under the aegis of Classic Club Kohima.
Phezoucha Youth Organisation defeated Elite Brother's 6-2 in the first match of the day.
Meuse opened the account for Phezoucha YO in the 10th minute. Kevi Thupz scored a hat-trick for Phezoucha YO in the 30th, 32nd and 41st minute.
Thepfuneilhou and Ruokuosezo connected a goal each for the team in the 35th and 58th minute respectively.
Pauria Ding and Vikito scored a goal each for Elite Brother’s FC in the 49th and 51st minute respectively.
Phezoucha YO will now face Kohima Eagles FC on November 9.
In the second match, Küluopfü FC Pochury overpowered Kijümetouma VSU via tie-breaker 4-2.
With today’s win, Küluopfü FC will clash with Tiema-Khe on November 9.
Naga Jaguars FC blanked Young Komet FC 5-0 in the third match of the day.
Ato D. Vadeo and Kelvin Kappo contributed two goal each for Naga Jaguars FC while Efurang Zeliang fetched another goal for the team.
Naga Jaguars FC will face Samaritan FC in their second match on November 7.
