24th NSF MARTYRS’ MEMORIAL TROPHY: Asufü FA, Michazou FC move to quarter finals

Asufü Football Academy and Michazou FC today moved to quarter finals after registering win in their respective pre-quarter final matches at the ongoing 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 under the aegis of Angami Students’ Union at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

In the 5th pre-quarter finals match today, Asufü Football Academy defeated ORAMI FC 6-1.

Jangagin opened the account for Asufii FA in the 11th minute.

Suzülo fetched a hattrick for the team in the 13th, 63rd and 72nd  minute.

Bijoy Moktan contributed two goals in the 32nd and 58th  minute.

Vimeyiezo Lüho netted a solitary goal for ORAMI FC in the 45th minute.

Janjagin Kuki of Asufü  Football Academy was declared as the Man of the Match and honoured by  Kelhouneizo Andrew Yhome, former president Angami Students’ Union & Naga Student Federation.

Tepuvikie of ORAMI FC and Suzülo of Asufü Football Academy were cautioned with yellow card.

Michazou FC downed New Market FC in the 6th pre-quarter finals via tie-breaker 3-2.

The match witnessed 1-1 draw within the regulation time,  with Neikedutuo Kiso scored a goal for  Michazou FC while equalizer for New Market FC came through Lowly Lunshang.

Neikedutuo Kiso of Michazou FC bagged Man of the Match title and honoured by Mhalevilie Medoze, Assembly Secretary NSF.
