Dimapur, July 8 (MExN): The 25th Summer Bible School, organised jointly by Christian Higher Secondary School, Dimapur and Town Baptist Church, Dimapur, came to a colourful close on July 8 at Covenant Hall, CHSS Campus.
More than 700 participants, including 600 plus children, were blessed in the 4-day long programme which was based on the theme, “Rooted in God’s Word’, according to a press release. Bible lessons, handwork/craftwork, workshop (dance, singing, beat boxing, drama, sign language) kept all the participants occupied.
At the closing service, the highlight was a special action song presented by the CHSS Special Needs children. Vezachilü Sakhrie, Director of the SBS Ministry gave a report of the SBS 2017 and Pastor Scott from Oklahoma, USA shared the Bible message. The speakers from the students were Keyiesakpe and Angel Pradhan. The programme was chaired by Renbeni and Aphrezo.
