Tuensang, October 24 (MExN): Foothill United FC played out a goalless draw against Mt. Pongen FC in the last league match of the ongoing 26th Loyem Memorial Trophy, Loyem Memorial Ground, Tuensang on October 24.
The draw, however, was enough for Foothill United as they progressed to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
Despite their progress, the team also suffered a setback as its captain Ahocho had to be replaced in the 11th minute after suffering an unfortunate injury. His presence – or absence – could decide the outcome of the team’s next encounter.
