Aghunato, May 27 (MExN): The 2nd batch of the sponsored coaching programme for civil service aspirants under the 34 Aghunato Assembly Constituency has commenced.
G Ikuto Zhimomi, Advisor, Land Resources, Government of Nagaland, launched the programme following the remarkable success of the 1st batch, informed a press release.
The initiative reflects a commitment to enhancing quality educational opportunities and promoting civil service careers among youth in the constituency, thereby contributing to the development of the state, it added.
The 1st batch, launched in 2023–24, saw a good response from aspirants and had a high success rate in the NPSC and NSSB exams, the release maintained.
This prompted the Advisor to sponsor the 2nd batch with the objective of sustaining the momentum and continuing to nurture potential candidates, it said.
It is aimed at making quality education accessible to all aspiring candidates, regardless of their economic background, and this inclusivity is vital for fostering a diverse pool of civil service aspirants, it added.
