DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 6 (MExN): The Japukong Youth Organisation (JYO) is set to organize the 2nd All Nagaland Dr Imkongliba Ao Memorial Open Volleyball Trophy from December 7 to 9. The trophy will feature day and night matches and will be held at the DDSC Stadium Dimapur, informed a press release from the JYO President.
The winners of the trophy will receive a cash prize of Rs 1,25,000 while the runner up will be awarded Rs 75,000. The third placed winners team will receive Rs 30,000 while the fourth placed team will be awarded a sum of Rs20,000.
Meanwhile, individual prizes worth Rs 10,000 will also be awarded to the ‘Player of the Tournament,’ ‘Best Spiker,’ and ‘Best Setter.
Interested teams have been informed to register for the tournament from November 30 onwards with a payment of Rs 5,000 as registration fee.
