Kohima, September 12 (MExN): The Tsütuonuomia Khel Council organised a felicitation programme for Kewhimia sports personnel medal winners in the recently concluded 2nd Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2022 at Tsütuo Hall, T Khel, Kohima Village on September 11.
Altogether 41 Kewhimia medal winners were all acknowledged with a citation and monetary award as follows - (a) Individual Category: Gold Medals - Rs 10,000; Silver Medals - Rs 7000; and Bronze Medals - Rs 5000 (b) Group Category: Gold Medals - Rs 5000; Silver Medals - Rs 3000 and Bronze Medals - Rs 1000.
The medal winning tally by Kewhimia sports personnel in the 2nd Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2022 recorded 11 Gold, 4 Silver and 6 Bronze.
A press release received here stated that Helievi-o Solo, Chairman, Kohima Village Council, graced the function as special guest, Rev Kevimese Suohu, Sr Pastor, NBBC, invoked God's blessing, special number by Thejatshunuo Amelia Sekhose, K Neibou Sekhose, Chairman, T Khel Council, delivered greetings and Er Kelhousinyu Solo, Vice Chairman, T Khel Council, pronounced vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, KVC executives with all its frontal organisations presidents, GBs of Kohima Village and all Khel Chairmen with its youth presidents attended the function.
