Kohima, January 23 (MExN): A Mobile Vehicle Check Post established by 164 Inf Bn (TA) (H&H) Naga at Phesama village seized approximately 80 kgs of ganja worth around Rs. 1.23 lakh in the market on January 20. The illegal narcotic was recovered from a Maruti Alto travelling from Senapati District, Manipur towards Kohima, a press release received here informed. Three persons have been arrested in this regard. The three were identified as Roshan Thapa, 22, Dhiraj Gurung, 22, and Abina Mao, 35. The apprehended individuals along with the recovered contrabands have been handed over to Khuzama Police Station, Kohima and an FIR under the Narcotics Act has been lodged, the release informed.
