Altogether, 31 students from Trinity Theological College (TTC), Thahekhu graduated on Sunday in Diploma of Bachelor of Divinity (BD) and Provisional Diploma in Bachelor of Divinity (PDBD). While 29 students cleared BD, two students cleared PDBD.
During the programme, proficiency awards were handed out to seven students: Faculty award for outstanding academic performance – Isha Sawin; Principal’s award for best discipline in Christian Living – Renemkala; Ivulho Shohe award for Biblical Studies – Isha Sawin; Dr. Hokishe award for social service – Nupato; Rev. Dr. Najekhu award for scripture knowledge – Pavikali V. Chishi; Governing Board award for general proficiency – Isha Sawin; Sumi Baptist Convention award for best sermon – Kughaka I. Swu
Chairperson, Board of Governors, TTC, Rev. Dr. Phughoto Sema released the college magazine while Chancellor, North East Christian University, Rev. Dr. L. Anjo Keikung delivered the graduation address. A large group of church leaders, parents and well wishers attended the graduation ceremony.
