Kohima | March 26 

The 36th meet of Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) entered the fourth day today at Thenyizu village.

Secheku Range Sports Association (SRSA) defeated Chokri Area Games & Sports Association (CAGSA) 3-1 in the first semi final of men’s football.

In the second semi final, Centre Chakhesang Sports Association (CCSA) overpowered Chozuba Area Sports Association (CASA) 3-2.

SRSA will now face CCSA in the men’s football final on March 27 at 10:00 AM.

Meanwhile, Tizu Area Sports Association (TASA) emerged as the champions of the women’s volleyball final after defeating CAGSA in the final.  

CCSA clinched the women’s football championship after overpowering Phek Area Sports Association (PASA) by a solitary goal.

CAGSA emerged as the women’s basketball champion title while SRSA came in as runner up.

In the men’s basketball final, Khezha-Kuzha Tephe Sports Association (KKTSA) defeated SRSA 27-22 to lift the trophy.
In the men’s volleyball final, CASA defeated CAGSA to win the title.

Meanwhile, the football exhibition match between PDSA officials and area presidents will take place on March 27 at 9:00 AM.

PDSA General Secretary, Solomon Ritse will chair the closing function on March 27 while vote of thanks will be proposed by PDSA Vice President Verhayi Swuro.
